What's the story?
Goalkeepers Stanley Nwabili and Andre Onana shared a lovely moment after the Super Eagles outplayed rivals Cameroon in the Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16.
Although Onana was an unused substitute on the day, he still had plenty of love for his opponent Nwabali after the match at the The Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium.
Let's take a closer look...
From enemies to besties
Atalanta attacker Ademola Lookman’s brace secured Nigeria a place in this weekend's Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals, as they beat long-standing West African rivals, Cameroon 2-0, in the last 16 on Saturday evening.
Chippa United's Stanley Nwabili walked away with yet another clean sheet for the formidable Super Eagles, but sadly hobbled off in the 80th-minute and replaced by Francis Uzoho.
Along with celebrating the win, Nwabili also walked away with Andre Onana's jersey. The Manchester United shot-stopper was benched for the second match in-a-row by Rigobert Song.
Nwabili took to his socials to post a picture of him giving Onana a big hug and a snap of Onana's number 24 jersey:
