A very important few months await midfielder Happy Mashiane as his contract with Kaizer Chiefs enters its final year, although the club does have the final say on his future.

The 26-year-old has been on the Soweto giants’ books since the 2018/19 season, having been promoted from their development structures.

Tipped to be one of the future stars at Naturena, he has had to bide his time at the Glamour Boys and experienced his breakout campaign in 2020/21.
